Livvie Hermodr SMS Program Terms

These terms govern the Livvie Hermodr SMS Program operated by Qwkin, LLC d/b/a Livvie (“Livvie,” “we,” or “us”).

Program purpose

Livvie Hermodr is an invitation-only customer-care messaging program. It sends recurring automated operational text messages to authorized community staff when a resident conversation requires staff review or a reply.

A staff member’s ordinary text reply may be added to the matching active Livvie resident conversation and become visible to that resident and other authorized staff. The Program does not send advertising or promotional messages. The current pilot is limited to one authorized staff tester.

Participation is voluntary. Livvie enrolls a pilot tester only after the tester receives the disclosure below, confirms control of the mobile number, and provides affirmative written or electronic consent. Livvie records the consent date, method, disclosure version, mobile number, and authorized community scope. Livvie does not use an unsolicited SMS to request consent.

By signing or typing “I agree,” I confirm that I control the mobile number provided and expressly agree to receive recurring automated customer-care text messages from Livvie Hermodr about resident conversations requiring my review or response. Texting START does not enroll a new recipient. It may only restore messages for a previously enrolled participant who opted out and has renewed consent.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on resident-chat activity. You may receive no messages during quiet periods or multiple messages when resident conversations require review or response.

Message and data rates may apply. Livvie does not charge a separate fee for the Program, but your wireless carrier’s rates apply.

Example messages

Opt out, resume, and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation that your opt-out was processed, after which Livvie will send no further Program messages unless you provide renewed express consent.

A previously enrolled participant may reply START to resume messages after renewing consent.

Reply limitations

Ordinary text replies are delivered only when they can be matched to an active Livvie conversation. If a reply cannot be matched, use the Livvie Patrol application.

Photos and other media sent by SMS are not supported. Upload photos through the Livvie application.

Do not use this Program for emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

Delivery

Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, network, device, or service conditions. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of Program information is described in the Livvie Hermodr SMS Privacy Notice and the Livvie Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

Livvie may modify or discontinue the Program. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date.
