Livvie Hermodr SMS Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Qwkin, LLC d/b/a Livvie (“Livvie,” “we,” or “us”), handles information associated with the Livvie Hermodr SMS Program.
This notice supplements the Livvie Privacy Policy. If the two differ concerning mobile numbers or SMS consent information used for this Program, this notice controls.
Information we collect
- Your mobile telephone number.
- Your SMS consent record and authorized community or staff scope.
- Opt-in, opt-out, and help requests.
- SMS message content.
- Message identifiers, timestamps, delivery status, and error information.
- Your Livvie staff identity and the active resident conversation associated with a message.
How we use this information
We use Program information to send authorized resident-support alerts; associate an authorized staff reply with the correct active conversation; deliver that reply through Livvie’s normal resident-chat workflow; maintain consent and opt-out preferences; monitor delivery; troubleshoot failures; prevent unauthorized use, abuse, or cross-community disclosure; maintain operational and security records; and comply with legal, carrier, and messaging-platform requirements.
We do not use the Livvie Hermodr SMS Program to send marketing or promotional messages.
Mobile-information sharing
Livvie does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information.
Livvie does not share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Livvie may disclose Program information only to service providers acting on our behalf to operate the Program, including Twilio and Amazon Web Services; to authorized community administrators as necessary to administer staff support communications; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a corporate transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations. Service providers may use the information only to provide services to Livvie and not for their own marketing.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency varies based on resident-chat activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention
We retain Program information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Program, maintain support and security records, honor community retention settings, and meet legal or compliance obligations. We may retain an opt-out record after other information is deleted so that we can continue honoring your request not to receive messages.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Program information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A previously enrolled participant may reply START to resume after providing renewed express consent. Reply HELP, email support@livvie.io, or call +1 (888) 223-1883 for assistance.
Changes
We may update this notice. Changes become effective when posted, and the effective date above will be updated.
